We also provide tailored feedback for all candidates who make it to the paid workplace trial and will keep you in the loop of position openings before we send them out to market.
In this stage, an initial 5 minute pre screening call is conducted.
The intent of the call is to understand the reason you have applied for the role and your motivation for your application.
10% of candidates progress past this stage to a face to face interview.
In the Face to Face interview, you will be assessed by an Overflow Team Member and a Director based on our internal scoring system.
In the interview we assess motivation for the role, any relevant experience and your general demeanour and presentation.
Candidates who receive a satisfactory score in the Interview are invited to a paid trial.
There is some pre work involved ahead of attending a paid trial.
We believe the fastest way to get to know someone and their ability to perform in the role is to provide a paid workplace trial.
In the trial, you will be partnered up with an experience Customer Sales Representative for 4 hours.
Your ability to absorb and implement new information and your demeanour with the team and customers will be assessed through the session.
At the conclusion, you will receive formal feedback and marked as either suitable or not yet suitable.
Candidates who are marked as suitable following the workplace trial will be placed in an Order of Merit.
As positions become available we will reach out to the candidates in the Order of Merit.
If there is a position available following your workplace trial, or you are the top person on the Order of Merit, we will send you a letter of offer.
Salary and benefits are fixed for certain roles and negotiable for others.
