Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking confident individuals with great problem solving abilities, outstanding communication skills and sales acumen. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and their respective customers receive excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and also looking to develop their skills in a corporate environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
